Description

Vintage Persian tribal gabbeh, likely Baluch or eastern Persian/Afghan type, with a deep red field, bold black-and-white geometric medallion chain, small rosette motifs, and a dark scrolling border. A characterful hand-knotted village rug with visible age, wear, and strong decorative presence.

Condition: The piece was recently cleaned, however, it is in antique condition. There are areas will very low pile and the sides of the carpet are worn. Pieces like this are purchased by our shop because we love the aged look of antique carpets.
