Vintage Egyptian Postcard – The Pyramids Near Cairo & Great Sphinx, c. 1905–1915

Early 20th-century color postcard titled “The Pyramids Near Cairo,” depicting the Great Sphinx and Pyramid of Khafre with mounted visitors and local figures in the foreground. Printed in Cairo and dating to approximately the 1905–1915 period, it captures the classic imagery of Egypt during the golden age of early tourism.

The reverse features “Union Postale Universelle – Egypte – Carte Postale” in French and Arabic and remains unused. Light surface wear, toning and softened corners are consistent with its age and add to the character of the piece.
