Vintage Chinese Silk Crane & Bamboo Wall Hanging / Small Rug

A finely woven Chinese pictorial textile featuring a crane in flight among bamboo, worked in soft ivory, mauve and muted green tones. The raised silk pile gives the design a gentle sheen and dimensional texture, while the fringed ends make it suitable for displaying as a small wall hanging, table textile or decorative accent.

Likely dating from the 1970s–1990s, it appears to be made with a silk or silk-blend pile over a woven cotton foundation. In very good vintage condition, with light age-related wear, gently irregular fringe and a small loose thread near one edge.
