Pair of Vintage Brass Scallop Shell Wall Candle Sconces

A striking pair of vintage brass wall-mounted candle sconces featuring beautifully sculpted scallop shell backplates with deep fluting, ornate scrollwork, and elegant scalloped edges. Each sconce holds a single taper candle, with the polished brass surfaces reflecting candlelight to create a warm, inviting glow. Their classic shell design draws inspiration from European Rococo decoration and works beautifully in both traditional and eclectic interiors.

Estimated to date from the 1970s–1990s, the sconces display light signs of age and use, with an attractive brass finish. Particularly lovely when positioned on either side of a mirror, doorway, or artwork. Sold as a matching pair.
