Pair of Rustic Natural Wood Side Tables

A characterful pair of handmade natural wood side tables, each constructed from a thick cross-cut wood top supported by sculptural sections of root and branch wood. The irregular edges, exposed knots, growth rings and natural cracking are all part of their organic construction, giving each table a completely individual form. Likely late 20th century to early 2000s.

Ideal as light side tables, plant stands or decorative display tables. Because they are made from naturally shaped wood rather than conventional furniture construction, they are not intended to support heavy weights. Natural splits, knots and variations in the timber are inherent to the material and part of their rustic character. Approx. 40 cm wide × 43 cm high each.
