Japanese Meiji Period Bronze Duck Incense Burner/Mubkhar

 DESCRIPTION

Stunning piece of antique Japanese metalwork. This piece which dates to the end of the 19th century features a stylized bronze duck with a space for Bruner incense on its back. Really rare and beautiful piece. Please pay special attention to the photos for condition. There were likely wings on the back at one point, but they have been lost during this pieces long life on this earth.
