Description

Decorative antique French-style wall bracket shelf featuring an ornate floral and fern design with traces of its original gilt finish. The half-round top is framed with a beaded floral border, while the sculptural support below is richly decorated with layered fern fronds, oak leaves, and flowers.

The piece has a beautiful aged patina and would make an excellent display shelf for a small sculpture, clock, vase, or decorative object.

Please note that the shelf has old repairs and visible cracks throughout the decorative support, as shown in the photos. It remains decorative and display-worthy, but should not be used to support heavy objects.
